We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Accounts Payable & Banking Manager to oversee payments, manage banking relationships, and support our global financial processes. This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic environment where your expertise helps drive operational success across multiple countries and currencies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end accounts payable processes for multiple AXA Partners entities worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage global cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasts to support operational and regulatory needs.
  • Oversee multi-currency payments, ensuring compliance, effective foreign exchange handling, and prompt funding.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable & Banking teams, optimizing workloads and workflows.
  • Approve new supplier setups and review aged creditors, invoice trackers, and shared inboxes.
  • Support routine reporting, month-end closing, and financial analysis to maintain strong controls.
  • Facilitate the global payments cycle, including vendor and claims payments, tax disbursements, and bank transfers.
  • Strengthen internal controls, ensuring adherence to group standards and audit requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships, oversee account access, and keep mandates current.
  • Monitor daily cash balances, develop pooling strategies, and reduce financial risks.
  • Enhance cash forecast tools and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Claims, Procurement, FP&A, and Accounting to optimize workflows.
  • Drive automation initiatives and support transformation projects aligned with operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experienced in payments, treasury, or accounts payable management within a global organization.
  • Knowledgeable about cash management, banking operations, and international payments.
  • Confident working with multiple currencies and managing foreign exchange considerations.
  • Familiar with financial controls and audit compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
  • An excellent communicator who works well with diverse teams.
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
