What You'll Be Doing
We're working with a thriving organisation seeking a proactive and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounts experience looking to develop their career in a supportive, professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and staff expenses
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs and assisting with ledger maintenance
- Supporting with month-end duties including journals and accruals
- Handling account queries with confidence and professionalism
- Previous experience in an accounts role, ideally with month-end exposure
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Team player with initiative and attention to detail
- Experience with UCS Power is a bonus
- £25,000-£27,000 salary
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (Office Based)
- Career progression in a stable and growing business
