Main Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel HCP Engagement Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
- Build Relationships Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
- Account Prioritization Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
- Patient Access Enhancement Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
- Pre- and Post-Launch Activities Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
- Policy and Market Analysis Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
About you
- Proven Track Record Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.
- Multichannel & Analytical Agility Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.
- Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.
- Scientific Communication Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.
- Collaborative Spirit Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Leadership Skills Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.
- Code Compliance Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.
