About You

You are someone who naturally builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and enjoys becoming the person clients rely on when something needs to get done.

You combine commercial awareness with exceptional customer service. You stay calm under pressure, communicate proactively and take ownership until issues are resolved. You enjoy managing multiple priorities, spotting opportunities to grow existing relationships and working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

You don’t need previous accommodation or property experience. What matters is your ability to manage complex client relationships, communicate confidently, stay organised through systems and deliver consistently high levels of service.

If you’re fluent in German, that’s a significant advantage due to the importance of the German market, although strong candidates without German language skills will still be considered.

About the Role

You are joining the team to take ownership of Bonjour Residences’ growing portfolio of enterprise client relationships, allowing the founder to focus on expanding the business while ensuring every client continues to receive an exceptional concierge-level service.

Your average customer may range from:

  • Mid-sized construction businesses delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • Enterprise organisations deploying teams across multiple European countries.

Success in your first year looks like:

  • Building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across every assigned account.
  • Delivering consistently outstanding service that drives high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Expanding existing accounts through additional projects, locations, referrals and new internal stakeholders.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Manage the full commercial relationship across your assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate accommodation enquiries from initial request through to successful booking and ongoing account management.
  • Work closely with internal operations to ensure every project is delivered smoothly from enquiry through to worker check-out.
  • Resolve issues quickly, professionally and proactively whenever they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional projects, departments and referrals.
  • Re-engage previous opportunities and warm prospects where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company’s operating systems, ensuring the platform remains the single source of truth.
  • Occasionally travel across Europe for client meetings, accommodation viewings and strategic projects.

Activity Expectations

This is a proactive account management role. Success comes from consistent communication, strong organisation and taking ownership rather than waiting for problems to appear.

You will be expected to:

  • Respond quickly to client enquiries and keep stakeholders informed throughout every project.
  • Manage multiple live accommodation requests simultaneously.
  • Build relationships with numerous contacts within each client organisation.
  • Maintain accurate system records for every enquiry and project.
  • Identify opportunities to increase account value through referrals, additional projects and wider stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and operations team using structured communication and agreed processes.
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support where genuinely urgent client situations require immediate attention.

Reward

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £40,000–£60,000 together with a performance-based bonus structure designed to reward exceptional client retention, account growth and commercial contribution, creating realistic On-Target Earnings of £60,000–£80,000.

Beyond financial reward, you’ll play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing business, working directly with the founder and helping build the commercial foundations for the company’s next stage of growth.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience managing complex B2B client relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness with evidence of growing existing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote, systems-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
  • Right to work in the UK or Ireland.

Advantageous Criteria

  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Experience within account management, customer success, workforce services, corporate travel, hospitality, relocation or property-related sectors.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or construction clients operating across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or operational management platforms.
