Drive growth. Deepen partnerships. Deliver impact.

Are you a commercially driven relationship builder who thrives on unlocking growth within major customers? Do you bring energy, curiosity, and a relentless focus on delivering value? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a Customer Account Development Director to join our Consumer & Convenience sector, taking ownership of accelerating growth across a portfolio of key accounts: strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and turning insight into action.

what You'll Do

  • Drive profitable growth across strategic customer accounts by identifying and converting new opportunities
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Shape and execute account development plans aligned to customer ambitions and DHL capabilities
  • Spot unmet needs and emerging trends, turning them into compelling, value-led propositions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, solutions, finance) to deliver seamless customer outcomes
  • Bring energy and momentum to every interaction, internally and externally

what You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in account development, commercial growth, or business development
  • Strong ability to influence, engage and challenge constructively at senior levels
  • A natural connector and storyteller, able to translate customer needs into impactful solutions

  • High levels of drive, ownership, and resilience
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or retail environments (advantageous)

Why DHL Supply Chain?

  • Be part of a market leader shaping the future of supply chain
  • Work with iconic brands and complex, high-value partnerships
  • Join a team that values energy, collaboration, and ambition
  • Opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact without direct line management responsibility
  • A culture that empowers you to own outcomes and grow your career

Who thrives here

People who are:

  • Curious – always looking for the next opportunity
  • Credible – trusted by customers and colleagues alike
  • Commercially sharp – focused on outcomes and impact
  • Relentless – in pursuit of results and customer success

If you're ready to take ownership of growth, build meaningful customer partnerships, and make your mark in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Use of a company car (or car allowance) including hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 26 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days
  • Discretionary bonus based on performance

  • Generous pension with up to 8% employer contribution
  • Free confidential 24/7 GP consultations
  • Hundreds of retail and lifestyle discounts
  • Affordable loans, savings schemes and free mortgage advice
