About The Role

- Leading strategic and operational delivery of clinical services across the Inpatient Unit, Community Hub, and Bereavement Network.
- Driving innovation and integration across nursing, allied health professionals, and support teams.
- Building strong relationships with the NHS, Health and Social Care Partnerships, and national palliative care networks.
- Ensuring excellence in clinical governance, patient safety, service development, and education.
About You
You are a senior healthcare professional who brings both expertise and heart to your work. You will have:
- A first degree in a relevant clinical profession and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Extensive leadership experience in palliative or complex care settings.
- Postgraduate qualifications or strategic-level experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A passion for values-led, person-centred care aligned with ACCORD’s mission.
