  • Contribute to the continued growth of TGB Academy by gathering feedback, supporting new initiatives and helping improve our educational offering.

About You

You’ll be a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things running smoothly. You'll have some experience in an administration, operations or coordination role, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You’ll have a keen interest in the beauty industry and most importantly, you'll be eager to learn, get stuck in and make a positive impact within our Academy team!

What You'll Bring

  • Some experience in an administration, coordination or operations support role.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a talent for keeping multiple priorities on track.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with students, educators, distributors and internal teams.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with data, reports and administrative processes.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Passionate about beauty!
  • Experience within education, curriculum coordination, e-learning platforms or the beauty industry is a bonus, but not essential.
