2nd Line Support Analyst - #148169
Big Red Recruitment

Be at the heart of the UK’s most advanced automated distribution centre – deliver high-impact 2nd line IT support, tech rollouts, and on-the-ground problem-solving.
Are you ready to step up in your IT support career, or bring your warehouse/automation knowledge into a high-performance technical team?
We’re hiring IT Support Technicians to join a growing onsite team supporting critical operations in a cutting-edge automated environment. You’ll be the go-to contact for shift teams, resolving technical issues and keeping warehouse systems running at full capacity.
This role is for you if:
- You thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 environments and understand the demands of warehouse or logistics operations.
- You’re looking to push beyond standard 2nd line support into a tech-led, high-performance setting.
- You’ve worked with automation vendors or are hungry to learn the systems driving them.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 2nd line IT support for key systems across the warehouse
- Support rollouts of new tools and automation features
- Log, escalate, and track technical issues with ownership
- Work closely with shift teams to keep operations smooth
- Build knowledge of automation systems with full training provided
What we’re looking for:
- An IT support background, ideally with exposure to warehouse, distribution, or automation tech
- A self-motivated problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Technically curious, operationally aware, and ready to go above and beyond
Why this role?
This is a real opportunity to elevate your career – not just another support role. You’ll be part of a future-facing team, supporting world-class tech and gaining real-time operational insight. For those with ambition, this is the perfect platform to grow and lead.
