Located in Cranleigh, near Guildford, this centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and associated conditions, providing specialised day services and personalised learning support. Key Skills Required

:Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

:Comfortable working with challenging behaviour

:Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff

:A positive and resilient attitude

:Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language and Maths is desirable

:Care certificate is desirable

:Own means of transport desirable
